What happens next
From your message to the site walk.
- We read your message and reply personally, with a couple of clarifying questions.
- We agree a time for a walkthrough — at your home, in the studio, or on a video call.
- You receive a written scope with options, materials and a realistic sequence of work.
- When you are ready, we confirm the dates and the paperwork, then make a plan for the dust.
