Peaceful Home Stay is a renovation studio for homeowners who want their house to work better and feel warmer. Interiors, exteriors, roofing, solar, security and the quiet systems in between — planned by one team, from the first sketch to the final sweep.

Why homeowners choose us
We keep the whole project in view — the drawings, the deliveries, the dust control and the people living in the house while it happens. You get clarity in writing, a tidy site each evening and a team that treats your home like somebody's actual home.
Joinery, tiling and waterproofing detailed the slow, correct way — the parts nobody photographs, but everybody feels.
Plain-language documents that show what is included, what is not, and in what order your home will be touched.
Rooms handed back as we finish them, so your household keeps functioning through the work.
Licensed trade partners, insured crews and warranty detail explained in person at handover.
The process
No disappearing acts, no surprise line items. Each stage closes properly before the next one begins, and you always know what happens next week.
Start with a conversationWe visit, measure, photograph and ask the awkward questions about how you actually live in the space.
Layouts, finishes and systems are chosen together, then priced transparently in a written scope.
Trades sequenced around your routine, with protection, progress notes and a clean site each evening.
A final walkthrough, care instructions, warranty documents and a team still reachable after the last tool leaves.
About Peaceful Home Stay
We began as a pair of designers tired of watching good houses get renovated badly — rushed waterproofing, borrowed scopes, promises that faded with the invoice. So we built a studio that stays for the whole story, and keeps notes on every home we touch.
Today our designers, carpenters and trade partners work as one team across interiors, exteriors and the systems that keep a home safe and efficient. Same people, same standards, whichever service you start with.

They rebuilt our bathroom and replaced the roof in the same stretch, and somehow the house stayed peaceful. Every evening the site was swept. That care showed in the finish.
What I valued most was the written scope. Nothing appeared out of nowhere. When we changed our minds about the garden, they reworked the plan calmly.
The alarms and cameras were installed neatly and then explained to my parents twice, without a hint of impatience. That mattered more than the equipment.
